What are cookies and similar technologies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. We also use similar technologies, such as pixels (tags), local storage and scripts, which work in a similar way. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them.
First-party vs third-party
First-party cookies are set by the Sites. Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services we use on the Sites.
Session vs persistent
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
How we use cookies
We group the cookies on our Sites into three categories. How we ask for your consent depends on where you are located (see “Your choices” below).
Always active
Strictly necessary
Keep the Sites working and secure and provide the product features you use: sign-in, language and product settings, in-app support and onboarding guides, spam protection and your cookie choices.

Marketing and advertising
Measure the results of our ad campaigns, for example whether a visit came from one of our ads. Never used to target you with ads, and only on caudena.com, not in our products.

Your choices
EEA · UK · Switzerland
Opt in
When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. We only set analytics and marketing cookies after you agree.
United States · rest of world
Opt out
We use all cookie categories by default. You can opt out of analytics and marketing cookies at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
All visitors
- Change or withdraw your choices at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Sites may not work.
- You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and the ad preference settings of LinkedIn and X.
International transfers
Some providers listed above, such as Google, LinkedIn, X and HubSpot, may process data in the United States or other countries outside the EEA and the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the provider’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we add or remove tools or when the law changes. We will change the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, ask for your consent again.
