Terms of Service
LAST UPDATED · 15 OCTOBER 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of caudena.com and its subdomains, including academy.caudena.com (the “Sites”), and our products and services, including Prism, CRM, CaudexCatena MCP, Caudena Academy, our APIs and related support (the “Services”).
At a glance
- Our Sites and Services are for organisations, not consumers.
- If you have a signed agreement with us, it takes priority over these Terms.
- Results are assessments to support your own investigations, not legal, compliance or investment advice.
- The Caudena company you contract with, and the governing law, depend on where you are located.
1. About these Terms
Our Sites and Services are intended for organisations and their authorised personnel. They are not offered to consumers. If you use them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organisation.
If you or your organisation has signed an agreement with us for the Services (such as a master services agreement, order form or licence agreement), that agreement applies and prevails over these Terms where they conflict. These Terms apply to anything that agreement does not cover.
By accessing or using the Sites or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

6. Intelligence results and AI features
- The Services provide blockchain analytics and intelligence based on public blockchain data, publicly available information and our own analysis. Attributions, risk scores, clustering and other results are assessments, not statements of fact, and may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect.
- Results are provided to support your own investigations and decisions. They are not legal, regulatory, compliance, financial or investment advice. You are solely responsible for verifying results and for any decisions or actions you take based on them.
- AI-assisted features generate output automatically and may produce inaccurate or incomplete content. You must review AI output before relying on it.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis for any processing of personal data you carry out using the Services or their results.
7. Your data and privacy
You keep all rights in the data you submit to the Services. You grant us the rights we need to host and process that data to provide, secure and support the Services. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our data processing agreement applies. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data in connection with the Sites and Services.
8. Fees
Fees for the Services are set out in your agreement or order with us. Access to the public Sites is free of charge.

The Sites and Services, including their software, data, content, design, trademarks and logos, are owned by Caudena or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 10. Third-party links and services
The Sites and Services may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Sites or Services, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if your use creates a security, legal or reputational risk for us or others, or if required by law. Where we have a signed agreement with you, its termination provisions apply. Sections 5, 6, 9 and 12 to 16 continue to apply after your access ends.
12. Disclaimers
Except as expressly set out in a signed agreement with us, the Sites and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, including those of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that the Sites or Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with the Sites, the Services or these Terms; and
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Sites, the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) 100 US dollars (or 100 euros, if MNRV Analytics SAS or MNRV Analytics Ltd is your contracting party).
